Plain-language promise
Privacy & child safety
Pip & Lulu Songs is built for parents and carers to use alongside young children. We keep data collection minimal and never ask children for personal information.
Our child-safety commitment
- No accounts or profiles for children.
- No comments, direct messaging or public posting.
- No behavioural tracking or personalised advertising directed at children.
- No third-party advertising networks.
- No collection of names, emails, locations or other personal data from children.
Adult email signup
Email forms are for parents and carers aged 18 or over. We ask only for an adult email address and use it to provide requested printables and occasional Pip & Lulu news. A working signup service has not yet been connected, so the current forms do not store submissions.
Song idea suggestions
When a parent or carer describes a family moment on our Song ideas page, that description is sent to an AI service to generate a sing-along suggestion. What you type is not stored by Pip & Lulu Songs — no accounts are created, nothing is kept in a database, and the description is not used to train AI models by us. We ask that you never include a child’s name or other personal details in the box.
YouTube videos
Videos are embedded using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com mode. YouTube may still receive information or set cookies when an adult chooses to play a video. Families can also watch on the Pip & Lulu Songs YouTube channel, where YouTube’s own terms apply.
COPPA and GDPR-K
The site is designed not to collect personal information from children under 13 or from children below the relevant digital-consent age in their country. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please use the Contact page so it can be removed.
What may be added later
If adult email delivery, purchases or analytics are enabled later, this notice will be updated before those services begin. Any analytics will be configured for privacy and will not be used to profile children.
